2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. 30%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
6 cups shredded purple cabbage
1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, cut into matchlike sticks
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients except pumpkin seeds; toss to coat.
Step 3
Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with pumpkin seeds.
