Step 1
Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add next 4 ingredients; stir. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add chili sauce and tomato juice; mix well. Bring to boil; stir in corn. Simmer on medium-low heat 12 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in onions.
Step 3
Spoon meat mixture onto bottom halves of buns; top with cheese. Cover with tops of buns.
