3 onions, sliced
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce, Chicken 'n Rib Flavour
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. ground cumin
3 flour tortillas (10 inch)
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

How do I make it ?
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook and stir onions in large skillet until crisp-tender. Add chicken, barbecue sauce, water and cumin; simmer until heated through, adding more water as necessary to keep the sauce from becoming too thick.
Lay 1 tortilla on a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet, letting foil hang over sides of baking pan for tenting. Cover with half of the chicken mixture and half of the cheese. Top with second tortilla. Repeat chicken/cheese layers. Cover with the last tortilla; top with any remaining sauce. Sprinkle lightly with additional cheese, if desired. Tent with ends of foil.
Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Allow to stand 5 min. before cutting into 6 wedges. Serve with sour cream.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Instead of stacking the tortillas, top them with the chicken mixture. Roll up and place, seam sides down, in a lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F until heated through. Top with extra cheese. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
Make it Easy
Using a pizza cutter to cut the tortilla stack into wedges makes for easy slicing.
For extra zing, add 3 to 4 dashes of hot pepper sauce to the chicken mixture before spooning onto tortillas.
This is also a great way to use that leftover cooked turkey from the holidays.
