Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides and cooked to medium doneness (160ºF). Transfer steak to cutting board; cover to keep warm.
Add onions and sweet peppers to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min., stirring frequently. Add beans, corn and salsa; stir. Cook 4 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with bean mixture.
