These fajita wraps are loaded with cooked onions, peppers and mushrooms, as well as salsa and cheese to give them some Tex-Mex flair. Ready in 15 minutes, these fajita wraps are fast and flavourful!

2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese, divided

4 large flour tortillas, warmed

How do I make it ?

Step 1
COOK and stir onions, peppers and mushrooms in a large greased frypan for 2 to 3 min. Stir in salsa and 1-1/2 cups cheese, until melted. Step 2
SPOON onto centre of each tortilla; top with lettuce and tomato. Step 3
FOLD up bottom and overlap the sides; sprinkle with remaining cheese. #tags
