Step 1
Cook vegetables, garlic and ginger in large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add next 5 ingredients; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add fish; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Step 3
Serve over rice.
