1/4 cup each: water and hoisin sauce
1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
2 cups bean sprouts
2 carrots, shredded
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise Mayonnaise Type Dressing
10 romaine lettuce leaves

How do I make it ?
Mix water and hoisin sauce in saucepan. Bring just to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanuts; set aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients except lettuce in large bowl. Tear lettuce lengthwise in half along the centre stem.
Spoon sprout mixture evenly onto lettuce leaves; roll up tightly, being careful to not tear the leaves. Serve with the hoisin sauce mixture.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Omit water, hoisin sauce and peanuts. Prepare bundles as directed. Serve with 2/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing.
