Kraft Kitchen Tips!
If you don't have a vegetable spiralizer, you can instead substitute 4 cups (about 340 g) purchased spiral zucchini "noodles" for the 2 zucchini that you cut into spiral noodles. Look for the spiralized zucchini in the fresh produce or frozen foods departments of your supermarket.
Special Extra
Squeeze fresh lime wedges over salad before serving.
