1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg, beaten
4 Cracker Barrel Medium Cheddar Cheese Slices, cut diagonally
8 hamburger buns
8 lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes, each cut into thin slices

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Mix meat, bread crumbs, onions, egg and Worcestershire sauce just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
Fill buns with lettuce, burgers, cheese and tomatoes.
