Not only are these lasagna roll-ups baked in a tomato basil pasta sauce, but there's also a delicious béchamel sauce drizzled on top for the perfect finishing touch.

2 eggs, beaten
1 container (475 g) part-skim ricotta cheese
2 cups Kraft Shredded Pizza Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, divided
1 jar (640 mL) Catelli Garden Select Diced Tomatoes & Basil Pasta Sauce, divided
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
2/3 cup milk

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Add spinach and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg; mix well.
Step 3
Spread 1/4 of the pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spread ricotta mixture onto noodles; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in prepared baking dish; top with remaining pasta sauce. Cover.
Step 4
Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 20 min. About 10 min. before lasagna is done, melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually whisk in milk; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in remaining nutmeg.
Step 5
Serve roll-ups topped with prepared sauce.
