3 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) beef tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
3/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
3/4 cup 25%-less-sodium beef broth
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup light sour cream

Step 1
Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat, onions, peppers, garlic and thyme; cook and stir 4 min. or until meat is no longer pink. Add ketchup, broth and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
Step 3
Drain noodles. Serve topped with meat mixture.
