1 pkg. (8 g) quick-rise instant yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1-1/4 cups milk, warmed (about 105ºF)
1/2 cup Renée's Creamy Italian Dressing, divided
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp. salt, divided
1 egg, beaten
3-3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese

Step 1
Combine yeast and sugar in medium bowl. Add milk; stir until yeast is dissolved. Add 1/4 cup dressing, butter, thyme, 1/4 tsp. salt and egg; mix well. Add flour; stir until mixture forms ragged dough.
Step 2
Place dough on lightly floured surface; knead 5 min. or until smooth and elastic. Transfer dough to lightly oiled bowl; cover with plastic wrap or clean dish towel. Let stand in warm place 40 to 45 min. or until doubled in size.
Step 3
Punch down dough; divide into 12 equal portions. Divide each portion into 3 pieces; shape and roll each into ball. Place 3 balls in each of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; cover with towel. Let rise 15 to 20 min. or until doubled in size.
Step 4
Heat oven to 375°F. Brush dough with remaining dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
Step 5
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until golden brown. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove to wire racks; cool slightly.
