1 batch of short bread cookie dough

2 bars (100 g each) Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate, any flavour

How do I make it ?

Step 1
PREPARE your favourite shortbread recipe. Shape dough into 1 in. (2.5 cm) balls; roll in additional sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Use handle of a wooden spoon or thumb to make deep indentations in centre of each ball.
Step 2
BAKE according to recipe. Place one chocolate triangle in centre of each warm cookie. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
