1 pkg. (200 g) Ritz Crackers, crushed

1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk

1-1/2 cups toffee bits, divided

125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

1 Tbsp. butter, softened

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Combine cracker crumbs, milk and 1 cup toffee bits; press into bottom of prepared pan.
Step 3
Bake 15 to 18 min. or until centre is set. Cool completely.
Step 4
Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition; spread onto dessert. Sprinkle with remaining toffee bits. Let stand until icing is firm. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
