Our spicy peanut sauce is the perfect complement to the mild-flavoured tofu in this delicious vegetarian stir-fry. For best results, be sure to use extra-firm tofu when stir-frying.

1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. oil, divided
2 pkg. (350 g each) extra-firm tofu, well drained, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 each sweet red and yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

Step 1
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
Step 2
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add tofu; cook and turn 5 to 6 min. or until golden brown on all sides. Remove from skillet; set aside.
Step 3
Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add onions, garlic, ginger and crushed pepper; cook and stir 1 min. Add sweet peppers; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Return tofu to skillet along with the dressing mixture; stir. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is thickened.
