2 Italian sausage links
1 each green and red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 onion, cut into thin slices, separated into rings
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (680 mL) Catelli Thick & Chunky Tomato Basil Blast Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, crumble sausage into large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat until done, stirring occasionally. Drain; return sausage to skillet. Add peppers, onions and garlic; cook 4 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Drain pasta. Add to pasta sauce mixture in skillet; mix lightly.
