1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves, divided
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. (450 g) frozen puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed
2 plum tomatoes, each cut into 12 thin slices
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Reserve 2 Tbsp. basil for later use. Combine remaining basil with mozzarella, mayonnaise and garlic.
Step 3
Unfold 1 pastry sheet onto cutting board; cut into 3 strips following fold lines in pastry. Cut each strip crosswise into 4 squares; place on parchment paper-covered baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pastry sheet on second baking sheet.
Step 4
Spread about 1 tsp. cheese mixture onto each pastry square. Top with remaining ingredients.
Step 5
Bake 16 to 18 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Sprinkle with reserved basil.
