2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1/2 lb. (225 g) Italian sausage, casing removed
1 pkg. (283 g) baby spinach leaves (10 cups)
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, drained
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Step 1
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package.
Step 2
Meanwhile, crumble meat into large deep skillet; cook on medium-high heat 10 to 12 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Drain, reserving meat in skillet. Add spinach and tomatoes; stir. Cook 2 min. or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Drain pasta; return to pan. Add meat mixture and cheeses; toss lightly.
