1 pkg. (255 g) fresh, cheese filled spinach tortellini
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
minced fresh parsley (optional)

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Cook onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter in frypan over medium heat for 3 minutes or until tender.
Step 2
Stir IN soup, milk and nutmeg. Heat through. Stir in pasta. Top with parsley if desired.
