2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. (200 g) Swiss cheese, cubed
1 pkg. (200 g) Gouda cheese, cubed
1 clove garlic, cut in half
1-1/2 cups dry white wine
1 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Mix corn starch and mustard in large bowl. Add cubed cheeses; toss to coat.
Step 2
Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic. Add wine. Bring just to boil on medium heat.
Step 3
Add cubed cheeses, in batches, cooking after each addition until cheeses are completely melted, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until completely melted, reducing heat if necessary to prevent sauce from coming to a boil.

Recipe can be prepared in saucepan on top of the stove if you don't have a fondue pot.
