Who doesn't love cheese and lasagna? Well, then this lasagna is for you. Three types of cheese - ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan - are layered with noodles and a flavourful pasta sauce then baked to ooey gooey perfection.

1 egg, beaten
3 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
3 Tbsp. each finely chopped fresh parsley and green onions
1 jar (700 mL) Catelli Garden Select Diced Tomatoes & Basil Pasta Sauce
3/4 cup water
9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
6 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine egg, ricotta, parsley and onions. Mix pasta sauce and water until blended.
Step 3
Spread 1/3 of the pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with 3 noodles, half the ricotta mixture, and 1/3 each of the mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, pasta sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan; cover.
Step 4
Bake 55 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 40 min. Let stand 15 min. before cutting to serve.
