3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
3 oz. (1/2 of 170-g) pkg. Baker's White Chocolate

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add combined flour, cocoa and baking soda; mix well. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate and nuts.
Step 3
Divide dough into 4 portions; shape each into 12-inch log. Place, 2 inches apart, in 2 shallow pans sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 15 to 18 min or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Transfer to wire racks; cool 10 min.
Step 5
Melt white chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over logs. Let stand until glaze is firm. Cut each log into 12 slices.
