1/3 cup Maxwell House Café, French Vanilla Café Instant Coffee Beverage Mix
1 cup crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1 small ripe banana
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed (optional)
shredded coconut, toasted (optional)

How do I make it ?
Place milk, coffee mix, pineapple, banana and ice cream in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Top with whipped topping and toasted coconut if desired.
