8 cups shredded green cabbage
1 mango, cut into thin strips
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 cup roasted cashews, chopped

How do I make it ?
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix Miracle Whip, lemon juice and honey until blended. Add to cabbage mixture; mix lightly.
Sprinkle with nuts.
*Made with a blend of oils including olive, canola, and soybean oil.

Prepare using napa cabbage.
Substitute 1 pkg. (450 g) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix) for the shredded cabbage.
Add 2 minced garlic cloves to Miracle Whip mixture before tossing with the cabbage mixture.
