1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg (200 g) coconut
1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
2-1/2 cups milk
1 pkg (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Step 1
MELT 6 oz. chocolate with butter in microwave on MEDIUM power for 2 minutes; stir until completely melted. Reserve 2 Tbsp (30 mL). Stir chocolate into coconut; mix well. Press mixture onto bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) pan.
Step 2
BEAT cream cheese until smooth; beat in reserved chocolate and milk. Add pudding mix. Beat at low speed until well blended. Gently fold whipped topping into cheese mixture. Spoon evenly over crust. Grate remaining chocolate. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, pressing lightly.
Step 3
FREEZE until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer and cut into squares. Store leftover treats in the refrigerator or freezer.
