2 cans (170 g each) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) no-salt-added chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
