1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground turkey
2 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Heinz Yellow Mustard
4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and peppers; cook 6 to 8 min. or until softened, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add turkey and garlic; mix well. Cook 6 min. or until turkey is done, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Stir in all remaining ingredients except buns; bring just to boil, stirring frequently. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Serve in buns.

Special Extra
Add a touch of heat by stirring 1/4 cup Heinz Chili Sauce into the cooked turkey mixture along with the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
