We've used a trio of peppers to make this savoury main dish. Filled with cooked turkey and STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix, these Turkey and Stuffing Stuffed Peppers are easy to make - make them a few times and then you're sure to know this recipe by heart.

1 each green, red and yellow pepper, cut lengthwise in half, seeded
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken, prepared
Place pepper halves, cut sides up, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake 10 min.
Meanwhile, cook onions in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in turkey, stuffing and half the cheese.
Spoon stuffing mixture into pepper halves; cover.
Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until melted.

Cut a peeled whole onion into thin slices about 1/4 inch thick. Stack two or three slices, then make several crosswise cuts, about 1/4 inch apart, in both directions down through onion slices.
