1 fennel bulb, trimmed, cut into thin slices
1 small onion, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
2 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1/4 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
1 navel orange, peeled, sliced

Heat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread fennel and onions onto prepared baking sheet; drizzle with 1/4 cup dressing.
Step 3
Mix mustard and turmeric until blended. Add to chicken in medium bowl; mix lightly. Spoon over vegetable mixture.
Step 4
Bake 22 to 24 min. or until chicken is done. Meanwhile, mix yogurt and remaining dressing until blended.
Step 5
Arrange orange slices on platter; top with chicken mixture and yogurt mixture.
