1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1 plum tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth; spoon into medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

To Make Crostini
