Our Tuscan Frittata is made with onions, garlic, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese and eggs - it's a flavourful baked omelette that's perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1-1/2 cups small broccoli florets, blanched
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2/3 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Heat dressing in small nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Stir in broccoli and tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese
Step 3
Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well blended; pour over vegetable mixture.
Step 4
Bake 35 min. or until golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

How to Blanch Vegetables
Add vegetables to boiling water in large saucepan; cook 2 min. Immediately plunge vegetables in cold water to stop the cooking process; drain.
Special Extra
Top with chopped fresh parsley and a light sprinkling of Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese.
Substitute a quiche dish for the pie plate.
