2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tsp. olive oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

How do I make it ?
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 4 min.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min. on each side or until done (170ºF). Top with shredded cheese. Remove from heat, cover to keep warm.
Drain pasta mixture; set aside. Add dressing and broth to saucepan; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally. Return pasta mixture to saucepan with Parmesan and crushed pepper; mix lightly. Serve with chicken.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
For a milder flavour, omit the crushed red pepper.
Prepare using whole grain penne pasta.
Serve with a green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
