1/3 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
24 Triscuit 40% Less Fat Crackers
1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Step 3
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with tuna mixture and cheese.

How to Use the Leftover Canned Tuna
You will need to use about 2/3 of a 170-g can of tuna to get the 2/3 cup flaked tuna needed to prepare this recipe. Mix the remaining canned tuna with additional chopped green onions and enough Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing to moisten. Refrigerate until ready to use as a sandwich filling.
