1 cup 1% buttermilk
8 chicken drumsticks (2 lb./900 g)
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
3 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?
Pour buttermilk over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each drumstick with buttermilk.
Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min.
Heat oven to 400ºF. Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Combine coating mix and cheese in pie plate.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Add chicken, 1 drumstick at a time, to coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each drumstick with coating mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 35 to 38 min. or until done (165ºF).
