Combine flour and baking soda. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in oats and chocolate.
Drop 1/3 cupfuls of dough, 3 inches apart, onto baking sheets. Use floured hands to shape each into 1/2-inch-thick heart.
Bake 12 to 14 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

How to Write Messages on the Cookies
Melt additional Baker's Chocolate as directed on package; cool slightly. Pour into resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Cut off one corner from bottom of bag, then use to gently squeeze chocolate from bag to write Valentine messages on cookies.
