Mix flour, sugar, dry pudding mix, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Mix eggs, bananas, oil and milk in separate bowl until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Bake 1 hour 5 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
