2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla, divided
4 eggs
1 cup icing sugar
2 Tbsp. milk

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine flour and baking powder. Beat cream cheese, butter, granulated sugar and 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Step 3
Pour into parchment-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 5 min. Invert cake onto wire rack; remove pan and parchment. Turn cake over; cool completely.
Step 5
Mix icing sugar, milk and remaining vanilla until blended; spoon over cake, letting glaze drip down sides of cake. Let stand until firm.

Note
If you have vanilla bean paste, you can substitute that for the vanilla extract. Use 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste in the cake, and 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste in the glaze.
