Cut biscuits into quarters. Mix butter and sugar until blended; set aside. Combine dry pudding mix and cinnamon until blended.
Drizzle 2 Tbsp. of the sugar mixture onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Layer 1/3 of the biscuit pieces, sugar mixture and pudding mixture in pan; repeat layers twice.
Bake 25 min. or until golden brown. Let stand 5 min. Invert bread onto plate; remove pan. Serve bread warm.
