4 green onions, cut into 1-inch sections
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 each yellow and red pepper, cut into 1/4- inch strips
2 cups snow peas
2-2/3 cups cooked Israeli couscous
1/2 cup chopped parsley

Step 1
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add green onions and garlic. Cook 1 min.
Step 2
Add peppers and cook 5 to 6 min. or until crisp-tender. Add snow peas and cook an additional 3 min.
Step 3
Toss with couscous and parsley. Serve warm.
