How do I make it ?
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add green onions and garlic. Cook 1 min.
Add peppers and cook 5 to 6 min. or until crisp-tender. Add snow peas and cook an additional 3 min.
Toss with couscous and parsley. Serve warm.
