1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup water
1 lb. (450 g) lean ground chicken
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
7 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
3 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
4 sprigs fresh thyme
1 bay leaf

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Cover rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Mix stuffing mix and water in large bowl just until moistened. Let stand 5 min.
Step 3
Add chicken and egg to stuffing; mix just until blended. Roll into 40 balls, each about 1-1/2 inches in diameter; place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 min.
Step 4
Meanwhile, heat dressing in Dutch oven or small stockpot on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add garlic, cook and stir 1 min. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
Step 5
Remove and discard thyme sprigs and bay leaf from soup. Add stuffing balls to soup; stir. Simmer 2 min.
