3 large baking potatoes
1 lb. rutabaga, grated
3 large carrots, grated
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
CUT potatoes in half and scoop out insides leaving 1/2-inch shell. Boil scooped out potatoes, rutabaga, and carrots until tender. Meanwhile, bake or microwave potato shells until tender, but still retaining their shape. Set aside.
Step 2
DRAIN and mash cooked vegetables; add Miracle Whip and seasoning, mixing well. Spoon seasoned mixture into potato shells, using 1/4 cup for each shell.
Step 3
BAKE at 350°F for 12 to 15 min. or until heated through.
