1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. (450 g) new potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lb. (450 g) sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 lb. (225 g) carrots, peeled, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
2 jars (700 mL each) Catelli Garden Select Garlic & Onion Pasta Sauce
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Dark Red Kidney Beans, rinsed
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 4 min. Add potatoes and carrots; cook 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 40 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
