How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 4 min. Add potatoes and carrots; cook 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 40 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
