1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
3 Tbsp. hot water
2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp. oil, divided
1 lb. (450 g) extra-firm tofu, well drained, patted dry and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 each red and yellow sweet pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

Step 1
Whisk together first 4 ingredients until blended.
Step 2
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. Add tofu; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min. or until golden brown. Transfer to plate.
Step 3
Heat remaining oil in wok. Add onions, garlic, ginger and crushed pepper; stir. Cook and stir 1 min. Add sweet peppers; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
Step 4
Return tofu to wok along with the dressing mixture; stir. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until thickened.
