How do I make it ?
Mix 125 g cubed Velveeta Process Cheese Product (about 3/4 cup), 1/2 cup chopped broccoli and 1/4 cup each bean sprouts, grated carrots and chopped green onions.
Cut 2 pita breads in half. Fill each half with 2 tomato slices and one fourth of the vegetable mixture. Spread outside of each sandwich evenly with 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing.
Cook in large skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until sandwiches are golden brown on both sides and Velveeta is melted.
