Step 1
Brown meat with mushrooms in large nonstick skillet.
Step 2
Stir in water. Bring to boil. Add noodles; stir. Cover; simmer on medium heat 10 to 15 min. or until noodles are tender and just small amount of water remains in skillet.
Step 3
Add Velveeta; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream.
