How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425°F.
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Layer 1/3 of the chili mixture and half the crushed chips in 1.5-L baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; repeat layers. Cover with remaining chili mixture.
Bake 30 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining ingredients.
