450 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 3 cups)
1 can (12 fl oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped red and green peppers
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
3 jalapeño peppers, seeded, finely chopped

Step 1
Mix Velveeta and corn in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 3 to 4 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 2 min.
Step 2
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Serve hot with Christie Wheat Thins Crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

To Halve

How to Cut Up VELVEETA
Cut Velveeta (the whole loaf) into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Then, cut each slice crosswise in both directions to make cubes.

How to Make It Spicy
Save the seeds from one of the jalapenos and add to the dip. Or if you like it really fiery, no need to seed the peppers at all. Just slice off stems from peppers and chop the peppers with the seeds.
