BEAT egg yolks and 1/4 cup (50mL) sugar until thick, about 5 minutes. Beat in cheeses. Layer half the mixture into a 6 cup (1.5L) loaf pan or heatpoof dish. Arrange 18 vanilla wafers on top of the cheese layer. Sprinkle with liqueur. Top with remaining cheese mixture. Coarsely crush remaining six wafers and sprinkle over top.
