How do I make it ?
Dissolve sugar in warm water in small bowl. Whisk in peanut butter until well blended. Add soy sauce and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
Top lettuce leaves with pasta, shrimp, mint and vegetables. Fold in both sides of each leaf, then carefully roll up.
Serve with Dipping Sauce.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
For a more authentic flair, use rice paper instead of lettuce leaves. Include cilantro leaves, mango strips and pork shreds as choices for the filling. Also, serve with hoisin sauce in addition to, or instead of, the homemade Dipping Sauce. Look for these ingredients at your local Asian grocery store.
