1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) no-salt-added chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 cup chopped English cucumbers
1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Step 1
Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender.
Step 2
Stir in chickpeas and cumin; cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Add remaining dressing with all other remaining ingredients; mix well.
